The minimum requirements for optimal broadband performance:

PC: Windows XP Home/Professional Edition (Service Pack 2), 1.5+ GHz Processor, 512MB RAM or higher, 100 Base T Ethernet
Mac: At least OS 10.2, 450 MHz Processor, 128 MB RAM, 100 Base T Ethernet


Customer may connect Internet-ready devices (game consoles, etc.) via Ethernet or USB, but Cox will not provide in-home or telephone support for these devices.
