Questions And Answers

What is covered by the Cox Service Assurance Plan?
The Cox Service Assurance Plan covers the maintenance and repair of internal wiring, equipment troubleshooting and customer education for the Cox services you subscribe to, including Cox cable, telephone and high-speed Internet.

What is not covered under this Plan?
Any equipment or devices that you own, such as TV sets, telephones or computers are not covered under this plan.

Are there any extra charges?
No, there are no additional costs, except for applicable taxes and franchise fees.

What if the problem is caused by something not covered in the plan? Will I be charged for the appointment?
No, our technician will troubleshoot the source of the problem, which is included with the Cox Service Assurance Plan.

How much is this plan?
This inside-wiring maintenance plan is available to all Cox residential customers for only $3.25 per month.
