Cox’s DVR service
is available to customers for $11.95 per month, plus the lease
price for the integrated digital set-top box with DVR
functionality, $5.50 per month. Customers must subscribe to Cox
Digital Cable in order to take advantage of the new service.
Customers can
enjoy the flexibility of leasing their DVR set-top box from Cox
and avoid upfront equipment costs.
Customers wishing to subscribe to
Cox High-Definition Digital Video Recorder (HD-DVR)
must rent a special set top box from Cox which replaces
their existing digital set top box.
*The Cox DVR storage capacity is up to 50 hours for standard digital programming and up to 10 hours for High Definition
programming. Cox Digital Cable, DVR receiver rental ($5.25/month), and a TV set that meets Cox specifications required for
DVR service. $11.95 monthly DVR service fee per DVR receiver applies. On Demand cannot be
recorded. Number of DVR outlets per household may be limited.
