This section is designed to help the developer or home builder understand the process that insures Cox broadband services are available in the area by the time the new home owners are moving into the new house.

The construction of the aerial services requires coordination with Utility Providers as Cox is only a tenant on Utility Poles.  Additional time is required in order to obtain the proper licensing to attach to any poles (approx. 90-120 days).

Contact your area Serviceability Coordinator when the City or Town approved site plan is available. Once all the proper documentation is submitted to Cox the field survey will take place. When the field survey is complete we can determine the total cost of the project and the completion date.
